The holistic approach of adidas Runners is built around four performance-focused pillars: MINDSET, NUTRITION, MOVEMENT AND RECOVERY. And to ensure no stone is left unturned to make the best version of you a reality, these are supported by a fifth: GEAR. From high-intensity interval training to guided runs, we offer a variety of strength and cardio-boosting sessions with the aim of increasing our adidas Runners’ quality of MOVEMENT. Dedicated adidas NUTRITION coaches are on hand at our Runbases to advise on what, when and how to eat. We improve runners’ RECOVERY thanks to expert coaching on how to avoid overtraining and managing niggles. By focusing on MINDSET exercises, our coaches also help sharpen the most powerful instruments in a runner’s toolkit – their mental fortitude and sense of self-belief. Finally, our runners can test out different shoe models from the adidas stable, experiencing the benefits of GEAR that is best-suited to them individually.
